Pane Quotidiano is a non-profit association, founded in Milan in 1898, with the aim of ensuring free food every day to the poorest sections of the population and to anyone in a state of need and vulnerability, without any of distinction.

The simple but revolutionary idea is that no one should ever lack bread and therefore its free distribution is not an act of charity but the gesture that realizes this idea. They have continued this commitment ever since and have taken steps to integrate other foods into our distribution, such as milk, yoghurt, cheese, cured meats, pasta, rice, fruit, vegetables and sweets.

In their two Milanese offices in Viale Toscana 28 and Viale Monza 335, thanks to the invaluable contribution of the Volunteers, the support of important food companies that donate their products and the generosity of many Donors, they are able to distribute food rations to those who have need, without any kind of distinction and in full compliance with their age-old motto, then conceived for the protection and safeguarding of the dignity of their guests.

Birmingham Dogs Home cares 24 hours a day, every day of the year for stray, abandoned and relinquished dogs from across the West Midlands and South Staffordshire, UK. The home has been at the forefront of animal welfare for the Midlands for almost 130 years and is one of the region’s oldest and best loved animal welfare charities. Birmingham Dogs Home can only survive through the generosity and support of the general public and benefactors from the local community. Without this they wouldn’t be unable to carry on the vital work of rescuing and rehoming abandoned dogs.

The House of National Minorities (DNM) is a Prague facility which facilitates inter-ethnic understanding and overcoming of any prejudices that citizens might have regarding certain ethnic groups and nationalities.

In 2022, the Prologis Prague team purchased two electricity generators which will be sent to Ukraine via humanitarian aid coordinating in the House of National Minorities in Prague.

They provide immediate humanitarian aid and help people get back on their feet. They work in more than 30 countries, support child education, help the poorest and most vulnerable, and support human rights activists. They hold the values of mutual help, solidarity and humanism in high esteem.

Our Central European team provided portable office space for use by the People in Need charity organization.

Suited for Success believes helping unemployed men and women with interview skills and a suitable interview outfit will give them the confidence they need to make that positive first impression and get a job that could change their life.

First impressions are vital when it comes to a job interview. Research shows that it takes a potential employer just ‘nine seconds’ to make up their mind about a job applicant. Not being able to afford an interview suit or having the right interviewing skills can be a huge barrier to employment for many unemployed men and women.

Suited for Success is a registered UK charity based in heart of Birmingham. They provide FREE high-quality interview clothes, styling and interview preparation skills for unemployed men and women who have a confirmed job interview. Gently worn suits and smart workwear is donated by professional men and women in corporate companies, law firms, banks, offices and businesses across the city. The suits are given to their clients ‘FREE of charge’ to wear to a job interview.

In 2022, Prologis donated 2,780 sqm of warehouse space + 240 sqm at Prologis Park Chorzow DC4A as part of our Space for Good program.

Rugby Food Bank is local to our Prologis RFI DIRFT scheme in the UK and employees and customers donated an incredible 156.3 kg of food in the food back drive run out of the Hub at DIRFT. Thanks to BNP Parabis for their help and support.
